Parts for Bitmain, MicroBT, Canaan and other manufacturers are sourced to order, including lines that do not appear on the site. Send the part number from the label, or a photo of the hashboard where the marking is unclear, and a quote follows with price, condition and lead time. Unlisted parts are quoted on the same terms as listed ones.
Hours for most repairs
Hashboard, control board and power supply repair for Bitmain, MicroBT and Canaan miners at three Texas repair sites. Send the whole machine, or only the part that failed. Every unit is diagnosed, and no work begins until the cost is approved. Each repair site handles 100 to 150 hashboards per day, and most repairs are on their way back within 48 hours of arrival.

Supply runs primarily through NODE29's China procurement network, new or used, shipped door to door. A portion of inventory is held in the United States and is quoted whenever availability permits; because that stock turns over continuously, US availability is confirmed at the point of quotation rather than committed to in advance. Every quote states the sourcing route and the condition of the part before any order is placed.

How do I order?
There is no checkout on this site. Open the part you need, set the quantity and destination, and send the inquiry. NODE29 replies within one business day with price, condition, lead time and freight to your address. Once the quote is approved, the invoice follows by email.
Where do the parts ship from?
Most parts ship from NODE29's supply chain in China. Some lines are also held in US local stock, which ships in days rather than weeks; availability on a given part is confirmed at the time of quotation. The inquiry form lets you state a preference or request a recommendation.
New or used?
Both, and every quote states which. New is the default; where a used unit offers a material saving, both are priced so the decision stays with you.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum on most lines. Some are quoted per pack or per tray rather than per piece — cables usually in tens, ASIC chips in trays of 100 — and the product page states the unit.
How long does a quote take?
Within one business day.
Can you source a part that is not listed?
Usually, yes. Send the part number or a photo of the label, and NODE29 replies with price and lead time. Select “Not listed” on the inquiry form and describe the part in the notes.
Shipping terms
Door to door worldwide, quoted DAP by default: NODE29 delivers to your address and you clear import duties and taxes. DDP is available on request, with duties and taxes prepaid. The applicable term is stated on the shipping line of every quote.
Payment
Bank transfer or ACH by default. NODE29 also accepts crypto (USDT on ERC20 or TRC20, or BTC), Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and check. Please state your preferred method on the inquiry form, before the invoice is issued. Payment details are only ever sent on an invoice from info@node29.net; payment instructions received any other way did not come from NODE29.
What warranty comes with parts?
Every parts order carries a 7-day DOA, and volume orders carry a 30-day warranty.
Every order: 7-day DOA. If a part fails within 7 days of delivery, send photos or a video of the fault and it is replaced free of charge. The replacement ships with your next order, whatever its size. Need it sooner? It can ship on its own, with international freight paid by you.
Volume orders: 30-day warranty. When an order reaches the volume quantity for a product category, parts that fail within 30 days are replaced and shipped free of charge right away. Volume quantities: power supplies 30, fans 80, control boards 100, ASIC chips 100, cables and adapters 50, PDUs 3. Different models in the same category count together.
Why it works this way. Most parts ship from Shenzhen, and pricing is kept low for small orders. Sending a single part internationally on its own often costs a large share of its price, so folding replacements into your next shipment keeps that pricing in place.
